Our Equipping Classes meet each Sunday @ 10:30. 

Our discipleship ministry is a wonderful place to grow in your faith and deepen your walk with Christ. Each week, through uplifting Biblical teaching, we equip and encourage believers to step confidently into the ministry God has for them. We’d love for you to join us and experience the spiritual growth, community, and purpose this ministry offers!

Growth Tracks

MEET on sunday morning during the Equipping Hour.

This is the easiest way to take purposeful steps toward understanding the intricacies of OBC. Reach out to the office to register.

1. Finding Faith
   In our first week together, you’ll explore what it truly means to follow Christ. We begin by looking at the life‑changing truth of the Gospel and how it shapes everything we believe. It’s a simple, heartfelt invitation to discover—or rediscover—the foundation of our faith.

2. Finding Friends
   During the second week, you’ll experience the beauty of intentional community. This is a space where real friendships form, support is shared, and you can feel what it’s like to belong. We’re excited for you to connect with others who are walking a similar journey.

3. Finding Your Fit
   As you continue, you’ll have the chance to discover how your unique spiritual gifts can be used within the body of Christ. We’ll introduce you to the various ministries here at Oakwood Baptist and help you find a place where you can serve with joy and purpose.

4. Finding Followers
   Ultimately, discipleship moves us toward becoming disciple‑making followers of Jesus. In this final step, you’ll learn how to invest in others and multiply your faith. This week will naturally launch you into the next phase of our discipleship track, equipping you to make an eternal impact.
