Our Equipping Classes meet each Sunday @ 10:30. 

Our discipleship ministry is dedicated to promoting spiritual growth and equipping believers. Through Biblical instruction, we aim to inspire and empower individuals to engage in ministry work each week.

Growth Tracks

MEET on sunday morning during the Equipping Hour.

This is the easiest way to take purposeful steps toward understanding the intricacies of OBC. Reach out to the office to register.

1. Finding Faith: the first week is about what we believe about being a follow of Christ and we begin with a look at the central truth of the Gospel.

2. Finding Friends: the second is when you will experience what intentional community looks like.

3. Finding Your Fit: discover how you might use your spiritual gifts here in the body by learning about the various ministries here at OBC.

4. Finding Followers: ultimately, this is the aim of discipleship- to become disciple making disciples of Jesus. This is where you will learn about multiplying yourself as a follower of Christ, and it will springboard right into the discipleship track below.

THE MISSION OF OAKWOOD IS MAKING DISCIPLES THAT MAKE DISCIPLES, AND THE DISCIPLES PATH TRACK FROM LIFEWAY IS ONE OF THE TOOLS WE USE TO DO THAT.
